Atem 2 M/E produces a loud beeping noise on the speakers

Helle everyone -

we have 2 x BM hyper deck and one 2M/E unit in a rack. If we want to monitor the sound of our multi camera livestream  or the music we feed in via our MacBook we have a very loud beeping noise (probably from the power unit of the 2M/E on the speakers. When we put a noise cancellation box afterwards ( before we go into our audio mixer ) we have a very weak volume ( barely noticeable  and tried with different units ).

we only have the beeping sound when the 2M/E is in the chain.

have you guys experienced something like this?

greetings

philipp

Normally a analog noise

Normally a analog noise coming from power supply has a frequency of 50 or 100 Hz in Europe (60 / 120 in "old" NTSC regions). Has the noise this frequency ? Have you muted the audio inputs to see, if the noise comes from external or internal ?

I know, that at the big ATEM models SDI channel 15/16 carries intercom. So there is maybe a signal loop and/or a crosstalk.
